Manufacturer’s warranty

A manufacturer’s warranty is a written guarantee to the buyer of a product. Its terms assure the replacement or repair of the product, if necessary, within a specified period after the purchase. It is typically included in the price of the product. This is to be completed through the manufacturer’s website.

*The warranties usually cover workmanship or defects, but not improper installation or misuse. Be aware that most warranties will be void if you try to fix the problem yourself or have someone other than an authorized person try and repair your appliance.

Any product returned due to a flaw or defective will be tested when it comes in. If the returned item is discovered to be in working order and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we shall deduct a customer fee equal to 20% of the product’s selling price from the refund.

Restocking fees may apply, this varies depending on item and shipping cost.

We do not accept warranty requests for the following items:

• Hazardous Materials such as paint, cleaning supplies, or other chemical products.
• Items used, damaged or altered by customer – due to not taking reasonable care of item, damage from customer, etc
• Electrical Items such as: switches, thermostats, circuit boards, anything with an electrical component, motors, capaciators,pumps etc
• Promotional Items (softball/baseball items)
• Equipment that has been used, opened and/or voltage tested
