Our return policy functions this way:
If the reason of your return is our fault, for example the item arrived late, incorrect item received, damaged item, faulty item, please request a return via our email address. We will then issue you a pre-paid label for the safe return of your order and issue a 100% refund.
If the reason of the return is not our fault, for example: you bought it by mistake, you no longer need the item, it is not the color you wanted but the description is accurate, it doesn’t fit, the postage for the return is at your cost, we have no control over couriers and delivery interruptions once the product leaves our warehouse.
OR, if you do not want to pay for the return postage, we can pay it for you, but we will then only refund cost minus our shipping of the item.
Please return the item to us with ALL of the parts, accessories and in its original packaging. Everything must be returned in the same condition as it was received, re-sellable condition – no duct tape, seal tape, broken boxes, written on boxes, etc for a refund – pending inspection.
Any product returned due to a flaw or defective will be tested by Filterz Direct when it comes in. If the returned item is discovered to be in working order and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we shall deduct a customer fee equal to 20% of the product’s selling price from the refund.
General returns: Restocking fees may apply, this varies depending on item and shipping cost.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
Hazardous Materials such as paint, cleaning supplies, or other chemical products.
Items used, damaged or altered by customer
Electrical Items such as: switches, thermostats, circuit boards, anything with an electrical component etc
Promotional Items (softball/baseball items)
Equipment that has been used, opened and/or tested
Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are issued within 7 days of return delivery at our warehouse.
