Most products displayed on our website are stocked in our Calgary location and available for order or pickup, but high-demand items may occasionally sell out, and this status will be shown on our website if the filter or part is sold out. If something is backordered, we’ll notify you right away and provide alternatives when possible.

Our rental items depend on the season and may include fans, heaters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other HVAC-related equipment. Availability depends on current inventory. Simply give us a call, and we’ll let you know what we have in stock.

Most of our customers choose to receive filters every 90 days – it’s a great reminder to change them out (cause, really, who actually remembers to change out their filter?). You can also opt for one yearly shipment or a 6-month delivery if preferred. We can help you set up the best subscription for your needs.

You can pay a monthly subscription, but we highly recommend the one-time yearly payment. It’s simpler, saves time, and ensures your deliveries stay on schedule.

Most of our products are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s parts warranty, as long as the issue is not caused by user mishandling or error, or improper installation.

All warranty requests must be handled over the phone. Our excellent team will gather your details (name, address, product information, furnace model/serial number) and walk you through the next steps to ensure you receive the proper support.

Every situation is different. Some returns involve user damage or misuse, so we handle these claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and accuracy.
